Preparing for Your Visit

Prior to your visit, we ask that you please complete the following:

1. Log in to Elation Patient Passport either online or via the iOS app. An invitation to the “Elation Patient Passport” will be sent to your email at the time of scheduling.
2. Complete Release of Records to Remedy Health forms for all appropriate providers. This will streamline the appointment, allow us to focus on new discoveries, and help us avoid repeat testing. These include any records pertaining to your current illness or any lab work from the past year. Doing so will save you time and money! Please keep in mind that records requests can take a few weeks to process, so complete this step as soon as possible.
3. Complete the Adult Intake Form, Consent Forms, and Symptom Checklist at least one week prior to your initial appointment. Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete our forms, they’re detailed!
4. If you have copies of your records, you can fax them to 406-548-9755 or upload them directly to your Elation Patient Passport.

 All forms can be completed online via IntakeQ or paper copies can be mailed to you upon request. Our office staff will walk you through each of the above steps at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Your First Appointment

When you arrive at Remedy Health, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, intimate space designed to promote relaxation and wellness. We pride ourselves on providing an environment where the patient feels heard and never rushed. During your visit, Dr. Milani will gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique health needs and determine an appropriate course of action for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.

Your initial appointment may range from 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on the complexity of your health concerns. The appropriate length of time will be determined when you schedule your appointment with our patient coordinator.

 At your first appointment Dr. Milani will often order blood testing. At Remedy Health, we have extensive experience providing patients with laboratory testing and a variety of specialized laboratory testing services. We offer in-house blood draws and provide a comfortable, calm environment to meet the individual needs of all our patients.

Your Follow-Up

Once we’ve received your lab results, you’ll have your initial follow-up with Dr. Milani. While we always prefer in-person appointments; however, this can be done via telecommunication for our out of area patients. During your follow-up visit, Dr. Milani will create a comprehensive treatment plan that’s individualized to address your needs. This multi-faceted approach will follow the naturopathic principles of healing and may include lifestyle changes, supplements, medications, or anything else it may take to get you on the road to wellness.
